Ateliers are workshops with a gallery: wonderful spaces for combining craft and creative work with office activities.

The usage fee is 6 euros / m² plus VAT.
In addition, there are the advance payments for electricity, heating and ancillary costs.

We offer young start-up teams from the university graduated rent for the first few years.
