Two rental options

  1. The renting of individual offices: Here, payment is only made for the rented space without ancillary areas (such as toilets and corridors). The occupancy fee is 7 euros/sqm plus  VAT. In addition, there are advance payments for electricity, heating and ancillary costs.
  2. A self-contained wing, which also includes toilets, kitchenette and possibly storage rooms, is available for rent. In this case, the rent also includes these ancillary areas.

Requirements for renting office space, studios and workshops

  • Young start-up, maximum five years old
  • Spin-off from the university or close cooperation in the area of research and development with the University of Kassel
  • Share of turnover subject to VAT > 95%
  • No VAT-exempt start-ups
